How do I book an appointment?

Where can I park?
Paid parking is available at Deira City Centre mall, directly opposite the centre. Street parking nearby is limited. The Metro is about two minutes on foot.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Where a doctor is available, yes, but we recommend booking so you are not kept waiting.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least 4 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or move it so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Can a family member accompany me?
Yes. A companion is welcome in the consultation if you wish, and can wait in the lounge during therapies.
