Why Vaidika exists
Ayurveda in Dubai is often sold as a spa experience. We set up Vaidika to offer it as medicine: assessed by a doctor, delivered by trained therapists, reviewed properly, and honest about what it can and cannot do.
Our name comes from the Sanskrit for “relating to the Vedas”, the tradition from which Ayurveda grew. The pulse-and-leaf mark in our logo reflects the two sides of the centre: clinical care and natural treatment.
Where we are
The centre is on the ground floor of Zeenah Building on 28th Street in Deira, directly opposite Deira City Centre mall and about two minutes on foot from the Deira City Centre Metro Station on the Red Line. Mall parking is a short walk away, and we are open from 10:00 to 22:00 seven days a week.
What you can expect
Your first visit begins with a consultation. The doctor reviews your history and constitution, explains the options and writes a plan. Therapies take place in private rooms, and you are reviewed during any course of treatment. If Ayurveda is not the right approach for your condition, we will say so and point you in the right direction.
Licensing
Vaidika Ayurvedic Centre is operated by Manish Pandoh Kamal Kumar Pandoh, Single Owner LLC, licensed by Dubai Economy and Tourism under activity 8690018 (Ayurvedic Center), and regulated as a healthcare facility by the Dubai Health Authority.

Individual consultation rooms, traditional wooden treatment tables, dedicated steam and Shirodhara facilities, and support spaces planned around infection control.

Our doctors and therapists
Our Ayurvedic physicians hold recognised medical degrees and DHA licences. Therapists are trained in classical Kerala-style therapies and work under the doctors' supervision.
