Ayurvedic weight loss treatment in Dubai
A supervised programme that combines herbal-powder massage, cleansing procedures, personalised diet and medicines to support healthy weight management.
DHA-licensed Insurance accepted Opposite Deira City Centre
A medical, not cosmetic, approach
Our weight-management programmes at Vaidika in Deira are designed by a DHA-licensed Ayurvedic doctor after a full consultation. The doctor looks at your digestion, appetite, sleep, activity, stress and medical history, and any conditions such as diabetes, PCOS or thyroid disorders that affect weight.
We do not offer quick fixes or guaranteed figures. The aim is healthier metabolism and habits that hold after the programme ends.
What the programme includes
- Udwarthanam: brisk massage with warm herbal powders, followed by herbal steam, to support circulation and metabolism
- Panchakarma procedures such as Virechana and Vasti where the doctor considers them appropriate
- A personalised diet plan built around your routine, with practical options for eating out and office life in Dubai
- Ayurvedic medicines prescribed by the doctor
- Daily-routine and movement guidance, including sleep timing and simple exercise
- Scheduled doctor reviews during and after the programme
Who it is for
People join our programmes for stubborn weight gain, sluggish digestion, low energy, and weight linked to hormonal or metabolic conditions. The programme runs alongside the care of your endocrinologist or GP where relevant.
Timing and logistics
Therapy phases usually run daily for 14 to 28 days, with sessions of around 60 minutes. Because our Deira centre is open from 10:00 to 22:00, most people fit sessions before or after work. To start, request a consultation and bring any recent blood reports.

Questions about weight management
How does Ayurveda approach weight loss?
Ayurveda looks at digestion, metabolism and routine rather than calories alone. The doctor assesses these and combines therapies, diet and medicines into a plan you can sustain.
How much weight will I lose?
We do not promise numbers. Results depend on your starting point, health and how consistently you follow the diet and routine. The doctor will set realistic expectations at the consultation.
Is the programme suitable if I have diabetes or thyroid problems?
Often yes, alongside your existing care. Bring your reports and medication list so the doctor can plan safely.
What is Udwarthanam?
A brisk massage with warm herbal powders, usually followed by steam. It is the main external therapy used in Ayurvedic weight-management plans.
Do I need to come every day?
Therapy phases are usually daily for 14 to 28 days, with sessions of about 60 minutes. Diet and medicines continue at home afterwards.
