Your consultation looks at your constitution, digestion, sleep, stress and medical history, and only then is a treatment plan recommended. Therapies are carried out by trained therapists in private rooms, and the doctor reviews your progress as you go.

Where is Vaidika Ayurvedic Centre located?
We are on the ground floor of Zeenah Building, 12 28th Street, Deira, Dubai, directly opposite Deira City Centre mall and about two minutes on foot from Deira City Centre Metro Station on the Red Line.
Is Vaidika an Ayurvedic clinic or an Ayurvedic centre?
Both words describe us. Vaidika Ayurvedic Centre is a doctor-led Ayurvedic clinic, also spelled Ayurvedic center, in Deira, Dubai. Doctors consult here and trained therapists carry out the treatments they prescribe.
Is there an Ayurvedic clinic near Deira City Centre?
Yes. Vaidika is directly opposite Deira City Centre mall and about two minutes on foot from the Metro, which makes it easy to reach from Deira, Port Saeed, Al Rigga, Al Garhoud and Bur Dubai.
I live in Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi or Oman. Can I come to Vaidika?
Yes. Deira is on the Sharjah side of Dubai, about 20 to 30 minutes from Sharjah and 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Tell the doctor where you travel from so your treatment plan fits your journey.
Do I need a doctor consultation before booking a massage or therapy?
Yes. Every treatment at Vaidika is prescribed by a DHA-licensed Ayurvedic doctor after a consultation, so that the therapy, oils and duration suit your health and constitution.
Is Ayurvedic treatment covered by insurance in Dubai?
Several UAE insurers cover Ayurvedic consultations and treatments depending on your plan. Send us a photo of your insurance card on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is covered before your visit.
When do you open, and what are your hours?
Vaidika is opening soon. From opening day, hours are 10:00 to 22:00, seven days a week, including weekends. Message us on WhatsApp now to reserve a consultation slot for the opening weeks.
Can I book without insurance?
Yes. Self-paying patients are welcome. The doctor will explain the recommended plan and the centre will confirm charges before any treatment begins.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your Emirates ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any recent medical reports, prescriptions or test results. Wear comfortable clothing if a therapy is planned on the same day.
